Have you ever noticed that sometimes we push God off too easily? Following everything God wants us to do is so hard. Especially when it contradicts to out fleshly nature.
When it comes to songs also. So many songs are made so that we can like it.
Why don't we go crazy about certain hymns anymore? Because they're so truthful and we don't really want to accept it.
'We didn’t want to turn anybody off with threatening words that no one understands anymore like ‘worship’ or ‘hymn.'
Not very nice, eh?

DeleteOh my goodness! That is exactly how this world is these days! You hit the nail on the head! But it's sad, really. We don't want to give our all to Jesus anymore if it means too much work, and if we have to step out of our comfort zones. I am soooooo happy to see that someone noticed that! We need to change this!
