HEYO. You guys might be getting kinda annoyed by all my fall posts (is that humanly possible even), but hey, WHAT CAN I SAY. After all, like, *cough*....autumn is in the air. How can I not talk about fall incessantly? PLUS the last few days have felt so much like autumn and the #aesthetic is real. It's amazing.
So today I thought I'd round up a few places I want to try to visit this fall. Some of them I do every fall, and it's almost like my tradition, and the others are some things I'd really like to try. And JUST maybe, this list will give you some inspiration to get out there and enjoy this amazing fall weather (if it's fall where you're at lolol). SO. Let's get into this!
+ A corn maze. I never knew that these existed near me until this year, when one of my friends suggested we should go there. And now I really want to go there xD This was literally my reaction when she told me about it:
+ A hiking trail. There's so much beauty in nature right now, with the trees changing color and all, and the best way to take that all in is to actually GET OUT THERE and see it all. I had been planning on going hiking next week, but that plan fell through (>_<), so I guess I'll have to wait and see. But I still really want to go do it, because HOW PERFECT WOULD THAT BE. Also, imagine the amazing scenery and the photos you could take. 10/10. AND one thing I've always thought is if and when I buy a drone, (if you have a drone can i pls borrow it for a year thx) the visuals you could get with that would be stunning.
+ An orchard. YO. My dad was taking me to the rink last week, and we took a detour, and there is literally this orchard five minutes away from our HOUSE. What?!? All I saw was the sign, but I really want to check it out and see if it's real. How flippin' awesome would that be? Haha, but I totally recommend going out and picking some apples or pears. It's good for your health and it's a fun way to get outside :D
+ A pumpkin patch. Yep, this one definitely goes along with the orchard one, but it's still different. (As in, one is made up of upright trees and the other of sprawling prickly green stems and orange spheres) There's a patch right across a grocery store in our town, and the store always sells so many different kinds of pumpkins. It's amazing.
+ Starbucks (or any other coffee shop). And I say this, because, this is one of my 'traditions'. Like I said in my last post, I don't really go to Starbucks a lot because the nearest one is so far away from me. So I make it a point every October/November to go there and spend a whole afternoon there xD But not just for the coffee....
+ A bookstore. The Starbucks I go to is inside a Barnes & Nobles, so yeah, it's flawless. But the whole vibe of fall goes with warm drinks and books, right? YEP. Alternatively, make your own coffee and hit up the library!
+ A fall festival. I've never actually been to this one yet, but I've seen signs around, and I think, basically, it's just pretty much everything I already mentioned in one? xD I'm not sure, but it sounds amazing and I'd love to go to one sometime.
+ A state park. Obviously because it will be beautiful, but here's an idea. Grab a bunch of your friends (or one...or yourself!!), get a flannel blanket, make some cute food, get a string of lights and/or a candle, and go make yourself a good ol' fall picnic or something. Make a bonfire. Roast marshmallows. I did this the other evening with some friends (complete with fairy lights and harvest signs), and it's a m a z i n g. 10/10 would RECOMMEND.

ALL RIGHT, guys. That's it for today's post :) MORE AUTUMN INSPIRATION COMING YOUR WAY. What are some things you'd recommend doing in the fall that don't require traveling halfway across the continent? :D Fall is so beautiful I honestly can't even begin ♥ *all the heart eyes* Small town or city? And what fall events do you usually celebrate with?

Aw thanks for reading <3
DeleteSo far I've been to a state park and also had several hikes (very pretty!). Also got to do a chili-cook-off and had s'mores over a fire with friends. I'd definitely say the s'mores and the hike are a must!
ReplyDeleteAw that sounds great!! AH THAT SOUNDS SO GOOD TOO
DeleteThese are the most perfect places to visit. I've been to a corn maze and hiking along with a state park, but I'm sorely disappointed I haven't made it to an orchard yet. Starbucks shouldn't be a hard one to accomplish though!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you think so :) Haha, yeah, it shouldn't be.
DeleteI love these ideas, I love going on crisp autumn walks and returning home to blankets and candles.
ReplyDeletethat sounds so aesthetic and wonderful omg
DeleteI just love reading through fall inspired posts so much! They make me happy. I want to go hiking now but it's been raining none stop in Oregon!
ReplyDeleteSAME!!!! Oh man...but at least Oregon is such a pretty state lol
DeleteWashington state isn't known for its amazing fall colors (*ahem* evergreen *ahem*), but I went up to Seattle the other day and was delighted by the colors we do have. We took some back roads past nurseries and pumpkin patches, and it was rainy but so absolutely beautiful. I wanted to live there forever.
ReplyDeleteBut yes, pumpkin patches, orchards, and bonfires, yes, yes, yes!
Oh well :) Evergreens are beautiful too. Especially in wintertime, I'm sure :) AW THAT SOUNDS SO BEAUTIFUL. You should've taken some pictures!
DeleteI was just at a festival and a coffee shop!! Definitely going to try the rest of these.
ReplyDeleteYesss hope you had fun!
DeleteStarbucks inside a bookstore = perfect life. I love, love the fall and anything autumn-related (accidental pun?), so this list made me quite happy. :) The orchard trip sounds fun! I've been cherry picking which was all kinds of berry-stained enjoyment, but visiting an orchard sounds so relaxing.
ReplyDeleteyep yep that's true :) HAHA IKR the whole time i wrote this post i'm like..."use the word fall, not autumn" xD
DeleteAhhh yes cherry picking has a lot of memories attached to it for me xD It can be a crazy experience!
AGhSVCOBGSPLAAHHHHHH THAT FALL VIBE AND THOSE FREAKIN PLACES <3
ReplyDeleteSorry I get waaaayyy too excited over fall xD But these descriptions and places are legit...I have already been to an apple orchard, had a salted caramel latte at Starbucks, picked up a pumpkin...next on the list is head to the state park 20 minutes away from where I live and hike a trail!
AND NO YOU CAN NEVER BE TOO EXCITED OVER FALL...please keep releasing beautiful fall posts <3 <3 <3 ;) xxx

HAHA OK THANKS FOR READING ANNA <3
FALL IS FOR SURE MY SEASON! I have yet to go to a corn maze in my life but I do really want to. And today I picked up my first pumpkin spiced frappucino at Starbucks.
