Take Time

22 September 2013

Have you ever noticed how the world tends to sweep us away? With all these new technology stuff and much more, we can  easily be distracted from what we really need to focus on. I have that problem myself sometimes...you need to focus on what you're doing, that's the only way you can make yourself concentrate.

If for example, I'm not getting enough time with God, I like to usually wake up early on a morning, pick up my Bible, and take a casual stroll, then find a nice area to sit and then devour the Bible.  It just is so peaceful and really helps me get back to what I need to do. Try this yourself sometime, it does work.

Enjoy these few verses on what the importance is on really taking time to do stuff.

Take time to think;
it is the source of power.

Take time to read;
it is the foundation of wisdom.

Take time to play;
it is the secret of staying young.

Take time to be quiet;
it is the opportunity to seek God.

Take time to be aware;
it is the opportunity to help others.

Take time to love and be loved;
it is God’s greatest gift.

Take time to laugh;
it is the music of the soul.

Take time to be friendly;
it is the road to happiness.

Take time to dream;
it is what the future is made of.

Take time to pray;
it is the greatest power on earth.
Did you like them? Is it pretty easy for you to take time and realize you need to get back on track? Or is it not a problem for you at all?
